Steam is the creation of Michael  Fairbanks and Stephen Chenery, whose combined
sense of style, commitment to hospitality and understanding of city cultures has
allowed them to open a wine bar in the heart of the city.

With a deep history in the trade, from waiting tables in San Francisco to London, Fairbanks and Chenery set out to open a wine bar 'that suited our clients eating and drinking tastes, where food is made from scratch with the best ingredients available, coupled with a glass of wine from some of the world's top producers'.
