Steam is the creation of Michael Fairbanks and Stephen Chenery, whose combined sense of style, commitment to hospitality and understanding of city cultures has allowed them to establish two bars and restaurants in London.
With a deep history in the trade, from waiting tables in San Francisco to London, Fairbanks and Chenery set out to open venues 'that suited our clients eating and drinking tastes, where food is made from scratch with the best ingredients available, coupled with a glass of wine from some of the world's top producers'.
Customers return to drinking establishments because of the way they are treated, at Steam our philosophy is to treat 'customers as our friends'. The decor is distinctly classic, giving you a feel of yesteryear, but with stylish seating and distinct artwork, Steam gives you a feel of glamour and sophistication.
