Steam Wine Bar has been established in the City for just under four years and was the original creation of Michael Fairbanks and Stephen Chenery.

Following the mantra ‘to open a wine bar that suited our clients eating and drinking taste’, Steam has continued to grow providing a satisfying, genuine and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Adhering to our policy to treat customers ‘as our friends’, we have maintained our original client friendships and have added a whole host of new ones.
